This policy explains how Apex Elite Outdoors LLC, doing business as Apex Elite Outdoors (also shown as “Apex Elite Outdoors”, website apexeliteoutdoorsco.com), handles your personal information. Last updated: September 27, 2026.

What we collect

When you book or contact us: your name, email, phone number, service address and ZIP code, the work you want done (and any photos you send), your appointment time and any notes you leave for us. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: confirm and remind you about your appointment, get to your address, contact you about changes, take payment, send a receipt and ask how we did. We also use basic website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta conversion measurement) to understand which pages and ads work. These tools use cookies only; we do not send them your name, email, phone number or SMS consent.

How we contact you: email and text messages

We communicate with customers by email and, only if you opt in, by text message (SMS). By booking you agree to receive emails about your order: booking confirmation, a reminder before the visit, notices of reschedules or cancellations, payment receipts, a request to review our work, and an occasional follow-up when it may be time for seasonal tree care. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time by replying to any of them.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you tick the optional SMS box on the booking form. Messages are about your appointment only: booking confirmation, a reminder before the visit, notices if it is rescheduled or canceled, and a secure payment link for your order. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Your mobile number is used only to send you these appointment messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

Only service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to perform that service for us: Stripe (payments), our text-message delivery provider, our email provider (confirmations and receipts), and our scheduling system. They may not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as needed for service history, accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or contact us to see, correct or delete your information.
